You're mentioning of Canadian bands and the Beatles reminded me of Klaatu's Sub-Rosa Subway and all the rumors that they were the Beatles in the early 70's.

The rumor is clearly BS, but the song is about as Beatlesy as anything released by someone else. The vocals, the instruments and the arrangements, ect...

Start with Rubber Soul and listen in order from there on. This is the start of their golden creative period.

You'll have to let us know how you're feeling about this material, Janszoon.

I'd like to state that any rumours going around the forum that I am going to start a similar thread on Wings discography are totally false.

Yeah, I'll be writing reviews of everything I receive. I've just had a busy week this week so I won't be able to start on them until the weekend, and I've been holding off saying much about my reactions so that my reviews can be a little more substantial.

I'm kinda curious why you didn't just torrent the discography and ask us where to start or some such - you've basically been sent about all of it, am I wrong?
