One of the most overrated singers. One of the biggest douche bags. His bulge is the focal point of his performances. He said Black Sabbath was "irrelevant." I've seen him cover Bob Dylan songs and not give him credit as the writer. He was a plagiarist.

But seriously, you spewed forth a lot of baseless attacks in such few sentences. Overrated singer? How? Douchebag? How? In what context did he call Sabbath irrelevant? And as far as song theft, I wonder how much of that is actually Page's doing.

Lots of bands and musicians have borrowed from or ripped off other peoples songs. Big deal.

It's all down to personal preference. You hate Robert Plant? You think he's an overrated singer? Good for you. I, however, while not being a Led Zep fanboy, think he was pretty damn close to perfect.

Everyone already knows that Zeppelin stole way too much material without crediting the original songwriters. And what makes you think that Plant is a douchebag?

He's an arrogant douche bag. Look it up, he said sabbath was "irreleavant." He said they just "inspired a few bands from Seattle." Pretty much, he said they sucked. Only a douche bag would say that. He was not perfect and not even close to one of the best singers ever. Aretha Franklin would blow his ass away. What Kind of band allows a bulge to be the focal point of their performances? It's called selling out. Zeppelin was all about selling sex to increase popularity.

He also refused Richard Linklater permission to use the title for the film "Dazed and Confused", but fortunately Jimmy Page gave permission. I'm sure he's declined more of these kinds of things, but has no qualms stealing from others for personal gain.

Couldn't think why he'd want to refuse, aside from being a douchebag, as the OP said. Oh and I agree his singing grates after about 10 minutes of listening.

Maybe because Dazed and Confused is a stupid high school stoner flick, and Plant didn't want the song (about a girl) to be associated with such riff raff? idklol

That wasnt the point; Plant has a problem with someone else using the name, but he has no problem stealing from others. Im a troll because i dont like robert plant? Ouch.
