It's a shame the OP is such a troll, I wish someone more worthwhile had made a thread about Plant. He's got a great folky thing going lately
It's actually a pretty decent film, and a good throwback to the times of Led Zeppelin. How is it stupid? And I doubt Plant would have a problem with the stoner aspect of it, or the content matter in general, seeing as how it's basically focused on the times when Zeppelin ruled the land.

And really? idklol? Drop the dumb gamer cyber talk that you seem to include in 50% of your posts.

I know your a Zeppelin fanboy who's probably touchy about this subject, but cmon, even you should be able to admit that his project with Alison Krauss was crap.

I just think your jealous because he has a bigger bulge than you. Just guessing.

Oh and I'm not a big Zep fan at all but he had a great voice, charisma and hasn't traded on past glories for over a decade, instead releasing Pyschedelic, Bluegrass and experimental albums with no thought to commercial appeasement.

haha yes, i can see you were taking notes on his bulge. By the way, i saw him a few months ago; good show, good backing band, but i still think hes a douche and i still think hes overrated as a singer.

Did you try to get an autograph? I heard he's a jerk about signing them.

No I was just making a general observation. Why did you go and see him if you cant stand him?

Because he was at Bonnaroo and so was I. I wanted to see as much as I could. Also, i like his backing band that hes using these days. I never said I cant stand him, I just dont prefer him, I think hes overrated and a douche. I'm not a very big Zeppelin fan, but i like some of their stuff. He has nothing to do with why I like some of their stuff; I like John Paul Jones. Dont really care for page, but hes good, and bohnam is good.

P.S.

Stay off of this thread if you dont like it, stop being a troll.
No, you're a troll because your "opinions" boil down to little else than "PLANT SUCKS WHAT A DOUCHE". You're abrasive, you offer little-to-no evidence for your accusations, and you're coming off as kind of a jackass. I would have no problem with your opinions if you stated them in a less confrontational manner.

Lol whoah there Tuna, nice personal attacks. I threw the "idklol" in there because I do not claim to know Plant's true motives (idk), and was partially joking (lol).

His project with Krauss is hardly crap. I'm not saying it was anything special, I just think it's cool to see him moving on with his career and switching over to a genre we all know he's always been fond of, as opposed to clinging to the glory days like many of his contemporaries.

Of course I cant prove that hes a douche, its my opinion. But my reasons are the fact that he called Sabbath "irrelevant." He doesnt credit other musicians, he just steals from them. And he tries to sell sex like hes brittney spears. Those are my reasons for having that opinion. You cant prove that hes not overrated, you cant prove that he is a great singer; That is your OPINION.

I personally always just tried to ignore his bulge and listen to the music, I will admit its quite hard to miss or not notice the sausage (70s & 80s) at times concerning his/other music videos.

"Actually" some grown men were born with three legs to stand on, instead of just two at birth.

Did you get penalized for calling me a jackass? I did for calling you one. Or is there some corruption in the authorities here?
