I'd love to wholly blame this on my mom's boner for Steve Perry and the ridiculous amount of times I heard this from birth until the present day, but I can't do that completely. I really do love this song.

Steve Perry really did have a really superb range. This song is what I feel that a power ballad should be.

I have to admit, I love this song too. I can't count the amount of times I listened to it in high school.

Not my favorite, but damn good.

Terence Hill, as recently confirmed during an interview to an Italian TV talk-show, was offered the role but rejected it because he considered it "too violent". Dustin Hoffman and John Travolta declined the role for the same reason. When Al Pacino was considered for the role of John Rambo, he turned it down when his request that Rambo be more of a madman was rejected.
Al Pacino = God
