Default Any REO Speedwagon fans?

This band has been slowly forgotten... I asked a friend the other day if he liked them and he said "who is that?" It infuriated me.

You know, I can't say I'm a fan, but they have a few songs I've known since my early teens that I always thought were good. I have no idea what they're called though.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

I`ve always been a huge fan of the American arena rock bands of the 70`s and 80's (probably one of the few Brits that loved these bands, as they were never that popular in the UK) REO Speedwagon were never one of by favourites though. I`ve heard most of their stuff and "Hi Infidelity" and their 1977 live set were great albums. Frontman Kevin Cronin was an energetic performer, but they were very much a group of their time.
