I know you are not trying to mean mate and I respect your views on the Floyd. I just wanted to get across that I don't follow crowds and dislike certain albums because everyone else does. Damn I like a lot of crap that many people don't like on here but I won't change who am I and you shouldn't either

I like The Final Cut. No, it's not my favorite, but a few things it has over the wall is that it hasn't been absolutely driven into the dirt by every single classic rock station and neophyte marijuana smoker in existence, and it doesn't play out like the psychoanalysis transcripts of Roger Waters' psychotherapy sessions. It's good to be able to listen to an album similar to the wall, but one that doesn't make you want to put a bullet in your head or swallow a handful of sleeping pills.

Heh, different strokes. I don't mind The Wall's radio play, I still like the singles like Hey You and ABITW and I like most of the deep cuts from the album as well Generally the only part of The Wall I don't like is that empty void of filler between Hey You and Comfortably Numb on side 3. |

Heh. I think Waiting for the Worms/The Trial is awesome, actually.
