Nebula is a great band, I never got into The Stooges so if they sounds like them or not. Nebula has that great circa late 60's & 70's sound and imo remind me of bands like Blue Cheer, Deep Purple, Motorhead, Tony Iommi riffs etc.

Stoner Rock and stoner band have different connotations, Stoner Rock is a specific genre that started in the 90's, and stoner bands is a generic term that includes groups, like The Grateful Dead, started in the 60's.
