The Bevis Frond (Quite possibly the best band ever.)
The Bevis Frond This just might be the best thing you ever listened to. Most material is credited to singer/guitarist Nick Saloman, who has put out a whopping nine albums under The Bevis Frond. If you are into psychedelic 60's rock then I strongly suggest you check this guy out. I have not heard all 19 albums but of the ones I have I suggest Acid Jam 2, Superseeder, and Inner Marshland. The sound changes strongly from album to album as Inner Marshland is very folk oriented with a few bluesy elements. Acid Jam 2 is just as it states; mainly just jamming between many different guest musicians. I cant think of anyone with better riffs or solo's than the ones scattered throughout these albums. Bevis Frond Myspace If your a lazy bastard and wont actually check him out at least make it half way through this. Because thats when it starts getting real good. ps* Thanks again River Man. I needed those 3 bad!
