I'm not going to address the other two but is Nirvana even THAT influential? I mean sure they influenced grunge for like 5 years but then what? Nickelback? Hinder? Have they really left a lasting, positive influence?

Man I'm just saying that A* Bad Brains and Black Flag were huge influences on Hardcore Punk music.

And B* Nirvana was a great band... altough prolly not THE most influentional.

No, i agree, i dont see much influence, maybe nirvana, but thats it. Nirvana, not even that much. I say the choices given are alot better doode.

Because they did a lot for music and took risks that bands of their level of popularity aren't supposed to take. Thus inspiring bands that followed to do similar things.
