^ Killed em' dead and she doesn't get enough blame either.

What a horrible cunt and I've had audible bowel movements more pleasing to the ear then her music.

Funny thing is, you probably could argue in the modern age that the Beatles are underrated. A lot of younger music fans don't take them seriously at all and think they were just a garbage pop act with nothing else to offer.

those people just haven't listened to 1 or 2 of their albums completely. I didn't get it until I sat through Magical Mystery Tour and Sgt. Peppers after hearing all their old **** on the oldies station.

Without their later stuff I don't think they would have been as revered as they are today (imo). Also, YES I was joking (as Proggy Man stated)... they are anything BUT underrated in the grand scheme of things. Too bad Ringo was such an underrated drummer :)

p.s. if anybody here has the chance to see "The Fab Faux"... do it, they are awesome.

I got them when I first heard Rubber Soul and Revolver. A Hard Day's Night the album is underrated in terms of Beatles albums go. The early Beatles emphasized melodies with odd chord sequences. The Stones and the Animals stressed blues music or rootsy music. I think that's why they sound so different than the Animals or early Rolling Stones.

"Any Time at All" and "A Hard Days Night" are prototypical jangle power pop music that would influence the Who and others. "I Should Have Know Better" has that 12 string jangle with sort of folksy influence that would influence many acts like the Byrds. I think "A Hard Days Night" is much underrated in terms of Beatles albums.

Rubber Soul is an amazing album... I wish I could have heard it before hearing all of the hits first. Revolver I started to really enjoy more recently... and Let it be naked is fun but still growing on me. I used to own "A Hard Days Night", I don't know what the hell happened to it... gotta pick that one up again.
