I was a wee bit addicted to Elvis a few weeks ago and that might have been my most played track.
I think he certainly was overated but the early stuff deserves all the praise it gets. |

Also, anyone who says Robert Johnson is the king of Rock n' Roll is a dumbass. Rock n' Roll has it's origins in the 1940's, after Johnson had died. And for any of you who want to argue that Rock n Roll can be traced back further than the '40's, by all means do so, but Johnson still wasn't a Rock n' Roll artist. He was a delta blues man. A more appropriate title for him would be The Godfather/Grandfather of Rock n' Roll.
