Wow can't believe all the Abbey Road love. Probably my least favourite Beatles LP (only really like Come together and She's so Heavy).

Am I the only one who finds the plodding Come Together a rather boring opener to the sheer joy of Abbey Road? Just for that, it has to settle for second place for me behind Revolver. Revolver sounds like a creative explosion of energy bursting with a variety of different styles while still staying as one strong cohesive unit of an album!

I just listened to the White Album again after ages and I'm reminded of how tiring that album is. There are some truly phenomenal tracks on there, but the sheer length of the album and the ridiculousness of some of the songs makes it a hard album to get through. The weird thing is, I always want to get through it! I'm OCD about skipping tracks, so I have to listen to it all. Whenever I get to songs I don't like I almost want to turn it off, but I keep remembering there is GENIUS just a couple songs away.
