And as far as particular songs go, Mrs. Robinson was my favorite Beatles song too...and Happy Together is probably my second favorite.
Neither of those are Beatles' songs

ok, there's something we have to clear up:

The Beatles =/= Each and every song made in the 60s

Even if Mrs. Robinson were a Beatles song, there's no way it'd be their best.

i think they are killing everything the beatles were supposed to be with rockband. this group was a group that has past for a long time, and combining present video entertainment and the beatles is horrible. i think that it's stupid that anyone would do something that about someone else wasn't originally in their time. i don't mind the digital remastering of an old album because it was originally from the time of the beatles. but rockband? anyways, i love their music, my favorite being the hard day's night

Not the biggest Beatles fan, and I don't know most of their discography, but I picked Abbey Road because I do know and enjoy most of the songs off that one.

Is Abbey Road just the album most people are familiar with? I still don't understand how it's winning the poll, for me it barely qualifies top 5.

You Never Give Me Your Money, Something, and the three song medley of Golden Slumbers, Carry that Weight and the End all make their way into my top 10 Beatles songs. I don't think that Abbey Road is their best, but it deserves a lot of the credit it gets.
