My favorite Beatles album is Laibach's remake of Let It Be. If you've never heard this album, give a listen to the version of "Get Back" from it:

Spector had to be a massive retard to cut Don't Let Me Down out of Let it Be, because he had much more worthy tracks, like Dig It and Maggie May.

Was there ever a point when this guy wasn't batsh*t insane?

Who voted for Yellow Submarine? O_o
Honestly, whenever my mom pops that sucker in the CD player, I get up and leave the room.

anyone posted the big beatles news yet?

They should just forget about Past Masters and include the non-album singles as bonus tracks on the appropriate albums. They should also delete Yellow Submarine from their catalogue and include its four tracks on either Magical Mystery Tour or The White Album, depending on when each of them were recorded. They should also move Strawberry Fields Forever and Penny Lane from MMT to Sgt. Peppers, where they were originally intended to be.

I would've done a much better job than George Martin ever did.

It's a toss up between Rubber Soul and Revolver for me.

Every Beatles album has such a different mood, it seems whatever kind of mood you're in, there's a beatles album that will suit you.

And when I feel like listening to pretentious art rock, which I always do, I listen to Peppers.

I still haven't voted yet, because between Peppers and Abbey Road it's just too damn close.
