From the band listed, it has to be The Beatles.
They precipitated the social changes of the `60s and were (still are) a major influence.
But all of the "First wave" bands were seriously talented.

My new revised order: The Who, The Stones, The Beatles and The Kinks.

Sticky Fingers and Let it Bleed did it for me to swap the middle two around.
