Can anyone tell me the name of the song Santana plays in the ending to the 1990 TV Documentary: "Hot Licks: The Space Between the Notes" ?
It's a blazingly fast instrumental of him standing in a field, sunglasses & headband; and the most insanely intense electric- picking this side of venus. Googling gets me nowhere, unbelievably, and IMDB needs filling on that section. It's none on the "The Best Instrumentals", a damn shame b/c it certainly was. I agree withe detractors here--- except for a few gems (instrumentals only)--- and this one hidden killer. 'Twas a vid. Anyone ? |

And his riffs may be repetitive, but they've got feeling to 'em, and having grown up in Santa Fe, New Mexico, I can really appreciate the style he's got.

I personally think Shaman is good. (follow up of Supernatural) has some good collaboration with people like Seal and POD, which surprising works out very well.
