'Tonight's the Night', one of the greatest albums ever. Dark, murky, drunken, sloppy and full of emotion and longing. "The input was tequlia and hamburgers" said Neil, the band would play pool and drink untill they could barely stand upright- then start recording. Bookended by the errie title track, the album is about friends he'd lost to drugs and fame, and the letdown of what stardom was really like. The lonelyness is haunting.
A classic eyeryone should own. Especially on lp.
