yeh this is a bump
I have just been recently revisting early Floyd which sparked a interest in their former maverick frontman Syd Barrett, he was a brillant songwriter even if he was a bit mad. I just got his first solo album which i think is just great better than piper, imo. With songs showing his playfulness such as love you, and i song which i find rather heartbreaking dark globe with Syd singing 'wouldnt you miss me at all?', which i believe is about his former bandmates so easily moving on with out him. But i find Syd to be a very interesting songwriter which are probably due to his drug use.
