SRV rocks so hard that if I turned this up any louder it would blow my face off.
I'm not kidding. His playing is so smooth and consistent while remaining technical yet not wanky enough to come off as annoying. Truely a great musician.

Legend. I could listen to him all day, he was just a master. In my opinion better than Clapton and as good as Jimi.
I like the fact that he doesn't just play slow guitar jams with a 'B.B King sound.' He plays some good fast blues like 'Pride and Jay' and 'Mary had a Little Lamb' And then he plays the moody blues like 'Tin Pan Alley' etc. Everyone should download his 'Little Wing' cover. preferablly from the 'Stilleto Rain' album, if not the studio version. Terrible way to go though Oh and this should be in the Blues section
