I agree that the Def Leppard/Shania Twain idea is silly. I don't know if the band members have even met her. Mutt Lange co-wrote a few songs on Euphoria (1999), including the good one "Promises," and with very little checking, I see no evidence of more recent work together.

As for children's albums, I had no idea those artists had done that and I look down on that. Still, I'll give Def Leppard credit for reworking adult rock songs into xylophone-based kids' songs.
