Ok... But VU's basic songs were better.
And even if they were basic, it was still far from accessible at the time, the weird lyrics, Reeds spoken word style and the sea of unbearable feedback. |

I like a couple of KISS songs, i don't hate them, but i honestly don't think they are that good at all, and the reason people here bash them so much is because of the ridiculous amount of media hype they get coupled with the fact that a lot of people (aside from their core fanbase) just don't think they make good music, this dosen't all reflect my opinion but i think Big3 is handling it the wrong way. His little pro rock n roll-anti everything else rant that came out of nowhere pissed me off quite a bit too, instead of just defending KISS like he should have, he has to do this whole "this style of music is better than this style of music cuz i said so" charade that goes nowhere and more importantly off topic, it's completely unnecessary.

Well, it's sometimes unsettling to see just how angry people get at one another in here. Sometimes a little levity will go a long way towards easing tempers. Sometimes not. LOL.
As far as my spirit, I pay very close attention to it. Balance. Don't get too low, or to high. That tends to knock a person's center out of whack. People can swear at me, insult me, whatever. They're just words designed to inflict some sort of damage on my spirit. I know exactly what the other person is trying to do, so I'm fully aware. It's fairly simple to remain a peaceful person, once you learn to listen to the peace that's in you already (and everyone has it, trust me). Don't get me wrong, I'm not this person sitting cross legged saying "Ohhhhmmm" all the time. I have a wicked sense of humor, and they have been countless times in here when I could have sliced and diced people. To what end though? To make someone else look foolish, while making myself look like a big shot? Nah, I'll pass. I'll stick with the harmless jabs.
