Yeah I love Skynard. Free bird is like the stairway to heaven of skynard, and simple man is sweet too. That smell and Tuesdays gone are good ones also.

I love Skynyrd, they were probably the first classic rock band I ever listened to. Ronnie Van Zant is an amazing singer. All I Can Do is Write About It and Saturday Night Special are my two favorite songs.

Yeah I know what you mean, that's the national anthem where I live.

Same here, I only have like 5 or 6 downloaded songs. I love what I have. What is considered to be their best album? I'll try to pick it up.

Does anyone like John Denver? For some reason, every time I drink by myself I always wind up listening to him. Rocky Mountain High is one of my favorite songs ever.

The only "classic rock" band I really like is Deep Purple. and Yes. but mostly Deep Purple.

Smoke on the Water invented metal. true story.

Yeah, Rush are a great band and I agree with most of your chosen songs. 2112 is a good album. I also like Fly By Night.
What album is Summertime Blues on? I have the song and really like it but don't have the album it's from.
For people who haven't heard much Rush, I recommend Spirit Of The Radio-Greatest Hits. It has loads of cool songs.
