I love the movie dazed and confused, it took place the year my mom graduated from high school, I could only imagine how cool that would have been back then, plus it's got a sweet soundtrack too.

Yeah that's a good movie. I downloaded those ELO songs, I had already heard both of them, but they're very good. Could you possibly give me a link to that top 100 instrumentals list?

This morning I brought out the Beatles Anthology dvds and watched about half of them. Seeing them all talk about the band is so fascinating, I wish Zeppelin or Floyd would make something like that.

I would also highly recommend getting maggot brain by funkadelic, its got some of the best guitar tone I've ever heard, with good use of the wah pedal as well. Theres lots of great instrumentals out there, but this list is a really good start...

I have no idea what that is, and there's a seperate forum for that type of thing... JohnnyK do you like the Eagles and/or Joe Walsh?

I like the Eagles but all I really know are their main hits. You know, Hotel California, Take it Easy. They're one of those bands that I could easily see myself liking a lot.

The Eagles are great, I actually prefer Joe Walsh and the James Gang more though, songs like Life's been good, Rocky Mountain Way, Funk # 49, Seems to Me and i hear you knocking are all great songs...

I strongly dislike the Eagles.
