I don't think so buddy. It's not about how much bloody attention the particular band gets, it's about each individual contribution, about how talented they are and how unique and breath-taking their music is.

You cannot just, shun those bands, they made amazing, quality music that people can still respect and admire to this day. If you don't like the style that's fine, we can all accept that. But you can't just bring the whole lot down.

I'm pretty sure he was joking Vanilla.

What is everyone's favorite Zep album? Mine is either 1 or 2. I can't think of a bad song on either one of them.

You're pathetic. There can't be a classic rock forum because it is not a genre, but a time period. Just like 80s metal and 90s alt. rock. And if you have a 3.7 GPA you're not showing it though your actions.

Don't try to put yourself above everyone based on the fact that you can re-gurgitate what teachers say to you right back to them.

I understand what you'll are trying to get across to Kashmir, and I'm not trying to interfere or anything, but could you please take it to another thread. There are at least 3 pages here of pointless off topic comments.

Thank you. I was beginning to think I was the only one that could see the light

My personal favorite is their debut album. It has breakthrough tracks like dazed and confused, and babe I'm gonna leave you. Every track on there I love immensely, In fact, if I had to only listen to 1 zep album for the rest of my life, it would be their first. I can't quit you baby has some awesome blues guitar soloing for being a studio version, and You shook me is another great bluesy song, with my favorite harmonica work out of any zep song, and a great solo on the keys by john paul, and of course page's solo kicks ass as well. Then there's black mountain side, one of the best instrumentals of all time. Communication breakdown has that sort of driving rock force behind it with insane vocals. Your time is gonna come has one of the coolest intros/acoustic riffs of zep IMO. Good times bad times is my least fav. track on the album, although it has great lyrics.

He started an argument on a perfectly nice thread. So why not screw up one of his threads?
