I'm afraid no one has done that. Read into the thread before you post.

Many professional metal drummers and drummers in general are also
percussionists. Neil Peart isn't known more for his percussion abilities. Every person I've encountered in my life has labeled Neil Peart as a drummer, prog/metal drummer, rock drummer, etc.

That is irrelevant of their choice for a more talented drummer. Urban posted those pictures as a joke or just something irrelevant from his opinion of a better drummer. Misfits did the same I believe. That clears up your comment about choosing a drummer based on a picture.

I know Crowquill only did it as a joke, Urban i'm not so sure about... I'm probably wrong, but it's just that he has made more than a handfull of similar statements that bothers me.

'Better' doesn't always mean 'more technically skilled'.

Aside from creativity (and creativity comes in many forms), when it comes to drumming, what else is there?

Why post the pictures?
Because i`ve never associated the words 'Neal Peart' and 'Ass Kicking' in the same sentence before.
Yes it was a joke , but anyone can plainly see (and hear) that Keith Moon has more charisma in one toenail that Neal Peart has in his entire body.

Since when has "charisma" been a valid criteria for good drumming?

Hiring a musician for his charisma rather than his actual talent would be like hiring a doctor with little medical experience to perform brain surgery on you simply because he has charisma... If i were to start a band, i would want a drummer with talent, not charisma.
