Baba O'Reilly really screws Zeppelin hard. And I've never heard Magic Bus.

Townshend not a great guitarist?, im afraid you're mistaken, hes only one of the top 10 most influencial guitarists of all time, he may not be super technical but he was still great, listen to Quadrophena for some impressive guitar work...His live improv is also very good.

Okay, this is what gets me..Why is everyone even attempting to comapre the two?? Led Zepplin= Blues driven rock The Who- classic rock..They were completly different..I don't know how you can compare the two...

and for Phisfood, Plant was a much better singer than daltry, although the Who had better songs. Pete was a abetter songwriter than Plant/Page. Bonham was indeed a better tedhnical drummer than Moon, but Moon had so much more charisma. I would say teh Who had more recognisable songs 'part from Zep's stairway to heaven. personally, I prefer the Who. But who's the better?? Who knows..There uncomaparble..

Yeah he's kinda not that good. I mean he mushc better than me, but comparibly, he's at the low end of the spectrum.

I'm gonna have to disagree with you there. In fact, there are two very recognizable songs off the same album as stairway: Black Dog and Rock and Roll. And what about Whole Lotta Love? Dazed and Confused? Heartbreaker? Ramble On? Living Loving Maid? Kashmir?...
That's the problem with Stairway: it puts all the other great Zep songs in its shadow so no one pays attention to them. It's a great song, don't get me wrong, but there are so many other great songs, and some may say better than stairway.
