Default Best British band of the 90's

Many to come to mind, but Oasis definitely stands out. Your thoughts?

Must agree that Oasis kills every other 90's british band and then stomps on its dead body and then ressurects them and kills them again before resserecting them and forcing them to watch a fan video based off of Britney Spears' latest single starring a fat ten year old.

Was Stereophonics around in the 90's? They were pretty rad.

Radiohead's only striking achievement in the whole decade was OK Computer, so it would seem a little unfair to put them above all other British bands of the 90s. Insulting, even.

Well why don't YOU give some examples of who should be number 1.

It's Radiohead for me, of course.

The Bends was pretty successful, no?
And, though Pablo Honey didn't do so well, Creep was still a HUGE single in the 90's.
