I loved Noel's first solo album. The second one had a few good songs. The newer ones I just can't get into. I really tried...

A dull lumbering guitarist and serial music plagiarist. Does periodically write a good melody on his own like Don't Look Back in Anger, but basically a hack. The production on those first few Oasis albums is also awful, the worst loudness war **** with Liam's whiny voice over the top of it.

I was much more hyped for Noel's solo stuff than Liam's when they separated. But I have tried listening to the Noel's solo stuff but I can't get into it. His voice is just bloody awful. Where as Liam has grown greatly as a songwriter and I actually highly enjoy most of his solo stuff.

When and if they ever reunite I think it would be much better for Liam to beat down Noel with his mic stand. Seems more fitting.
