Default Which band's "Rain" was better - the Beatles or KISS?

Personally, I prefer KISS's "Rain". It has more interesting chord progressions, more complex instrumental parts, and Paul Stanley was a better singer than John Lennon. The lyrics are also more interesting, to me at least.

Imagine starting an account on an internet music forum specifically to ask a bunch of strangers if they think a Kiss ripoff of Soundgarden/Alice In Chains is better than a completely unrelated Beatles song with the same name.
