Personally i think people think they can get away with trashing rush just because they sound so different. listen to the music people! the rythym is spot on, the band never gets off track and they have some of the best sounds and songs in rock. long live RUSH!

They were good back in the early 80's and before, then they got too... poppy? I think that might be the right word, but they just stopped writing good music.

I agree, I like Rush lots, but mainly their earlier stuff.

Yes, their later stuff just feels like they ran out of steam and just kinda shat out some tunes

I am not a huge Rush fan but Tom Sawyer is an all time classic. I saw them live in the 90s as well. And I was disappointed.

I like Rush alright, I only have Moving Pictures, but I like it a lot.
