VU did it better imo.

Man, Elph told me that (hed) PE was the most pure version of punk.

I don't know why but that guy really likes his (hed) PE.

Lucem, you're right, it's silly to talk about what I would or wouldn't do IRL. Glad you brought it up. Maybe you should write an instrumental about it. I recommend a piano paired with a clarinet. With ambient sounds of you hanging from your shower curtain you ****ing failure.

Art Is Dead. Buy My ****.

They didn't do the same thing though? Nobody did what the Ramones did before them. Not to that extreme, and the extreme was the point.

Not exclusively, but they hit the mark on tracks like Run, Run, Run, Waiting for the Man, and others. They just didn't run their ideas into the ground and explored other things too.

Yeah see you're just missing the point. Those songs are simple as **** rock n roll but the intent and execution are not at all the same. I think you can't see past song structure or something.

You sound like a Tool fan when you defend redundancy like that.

"Yes I know that all of their songs sound the same, but they had different intents and executions between those songs and that incapacity for diverse outcomes is actually a sign of purity."

If it ain't broke, don't fix it, but you also shouldn't milk it to death.
