I haven't checked out much of Yo La Tengo yet, I really should. That Speeding Motorcycle track is emotional indeed, and gorgeous

It's actually a cover of Daniel Johnston.
The album which it's featured, Fakebook, is full of covers.
It's a good one to start together with I Can Hear the Heart Beating as One and Painful.

Don’t backhand compliment Daniel though

If you ain’t onboard with his other stuff you need to get your ass onboard

You don’t take half measures with a genius like Daniel Johnston.

Or just base your stance on artists based on whether or not you enjoy their music.

I created the Freak Fighter Forty so people wouldn’t have to do that anymore.

^ HaHa! Your posts often have something unexpected about them, so I'm always curious to read them, Neapolitan.
On the matter of the dress, isn't it of such simple design that many women across the world have one in their wardrobe? I can imagine Jackie Kennedy, Sandie Shaw or Blondie all wearing something similar too.
That dress seems to be 60ish fashion, and it's possible both Jackie and Sandie Shaw were the original ones to sport that particular style. But other than that I don't know if every women would have that dress in their wardrobe. If anything some bands of the 90s borrowed from the fashion sense of the 60s.

Yeah, I thought I recognised that voice.
Daniel Johnston is great but I haven't listened a lot to his music because it makes me feel really heavy and sad, I have to be in a certain mood to be able to handle it

Yeah, black francis of the pixies was bigger fame-wise, but d. Boon was bigger weight-wise. D. Boon never got as big as black francis fame-wise though black francis tried to get bigger than d. Boon weight-wise, but failed. Anyway d. Boon was way cooler and aint nothin' can take that away from him.
