Yeah nothing can compare to seeing and hearing Jimmy working his magic behind the drumkit. If it was the classic Pumpkins line-up I would certainly make a journey over to England but I certainly won't go just to see Billy Corgan and Friends.

Nah I certainly don't think it's their best. I've said this quite a few times before but if they made a single album out of it then it might be good enough to challenge Siamese Dream. I'd put Siamese Dream, Gish, Adore and Pisces Iscariot (even though it's a b-sides and out-takes compilation) ahead of Mellon Collie.

Mellon Collie certainly has some of their most immediately grabbing songs. Plus Thru the Eyes of Ruby is absolutely one of their best songs. Still, I'd rank it:
Siamese Dream > Adore > Mellon Collie > Gish > Machina > Pisces Iscariot > Machina II > Zeitgeist
