What ever happend to Creed (lead singer, Religious, title, shows)

Well, I'd like to see you write those kinds of melodies and/or play the guitar that way, if it's so simple.

No, this particular argument is not beyond stupid because it was specifically aimed at his comment that the melodies and chords are uber simplistic. I didn't touch his opinion on their suckyness.

Fair enough. But I stand by what I said, I'm confident that within a week or two, I can learn all but the guitar solo's in their songs. I do play piano and read music, but I don't play guitar, so it wouldn't be like I already know how to play it.

And as for writing material like that, it's really not that hard. You use a simple chord progression, repeat, throw in a clean break, back to riff.
