Before I started this job I was weak as **** and I’d still scare people who could destroy me. The difference being willing to lose a fight.

Now I’m carrying heavy **** around all the time. Just moving the fish from the walk-in to the prep-station back to the walk-in up to the line and then back to the walk-in is like moving from one apartment to another everyday and that’s not even prepping and cooking the fish.
