I really enjoyed Conclusion of an Age and Edge of the Earth. Their new album - Monolith - is getting a lot of praise at the moment. Another to add to my list.

Don't ruin this band for everyone on the forum in the very first post. The only thing metalcore about them is the vocals on their first album. They are modern thrash with a progressive edge.

Why is this important? Because calling them metalcore will make people equate them to As I Lay Dying and Trivium. This band s**ts on anything those two bands have created (and ever will create).

Sylosis is one of the better up and coming bands, and their newest album Monolith is incredible.
