And I mean tbh Motorhead were more noisy, but as far as more aggressive I'd still say that Sabbath had the edge till Iron Maiden. Motorhead were too feel good rock n roll to have the edge that "Symptom of the Universe" had, and even then Maiden didn't quite have what Sabbath did. And Venom were too silly to really have the same thing either. So there's really a strand of aggression from "Symptom of the Universe" that was never bettered until Metallica released their first album. I mean unless you don't count punk of course... but even then...
