The vocals are truly hideous in the best sense, but it's those insane riffs that are the best thing to ever happen to extreme metal. It's like a bunch of guitarists who have the best theoretical knowledge of what extreme metal riffs should be are all holding a seminar and they didn't even notice that their students were recording them nonchalantly perfecting death metal. Except they do it on cocaine.
