The desktop version had inescapable ads back when I used it, but I'm using the browser version in Firefox with adblock these days and there's no ads or any other funny business. You'd think the desktop installed version would be better, but it really isn't.

I'm from America and get no ads. Again, I use Chrome and the browser extension of Adblock, not the actual Spotify or Adblock downloadable programs. No ads.

It is. Even though I have a premium account it will only let me listen on shuffle on my phone, so I never use it. It keeps telling me to upgrade to premium, and despite me screaming at it till I'm hoarse that I HAVE a premium account, it won't let me use anything other than shuffle. ****s.
It's really worth getting the premium version. Jansz, I don't know if there's any IP-dependent **** with this, but if not, I'm happy to PM you my login details and you can listen on my account. Let me know.
