The Russian pagan metal band Arkona. The singer is named Masha Scream, so as you might figure, there's some rough vocals in there, but not black metal style as such. The song below is just singing. This band is incredible, but they might not be what you're looking for.



I also remember an Irish(?) band named Cruachan. They possibly didn't have rough vocals, but I can't quite remember.
Edit: I checked Cruachan on youtube and they both have music very far from black metal, and some that definetely fall in the folk+black category.
