Have you ever boughten a CD without knowing any of the songs?
I did that with Lacuna Coil. Why did I do that? I was in a hury. I shouldv'e waited until I was at a used CD store.

I got the crappy foo fighters new cd, only knowing "Best of You". My god did it suck, their heaviest album ever pffffffftt. "their" being the operative word. I prefer when they didn't try to be at any end of the heavy/soft scale, and made songs like Times Like These and Learn To Fly.

Sorry, just letting some steam out

i like the deftones and all but i made the mistake of buying "white pony" without actually listening to any of the songs, first. i liked Digital Bath and thats about it. it makes for a great coaster, though. a $13 coaster.... *hits head on wall*

interestinly enough, i usually get lucky with my blind cd buying.

i bought follys "insanity later" without ever having heard them. i had heard of them so i just grabbed it and listened to it on the way home. only three bucks too...quite a steal.

miles davis has an album called bitches brew?!
i only buy cd's from bands that i really like without listening any songs first, sometimes i buy a cd after listening to just one song ( lcd soundsystem, rage against the machine) but that's really rare and i haven't been wrong yet....
