My decade was 70s rock. I just dug those albums. I didn't see it as grunge. Just good rock songs. AIC- Dirt, Pearl Jam - 10, and STP - Purple are all simply solid rock albums. IMO.

Agree to disagree.

See, my double dose is already working. No insults or anger. Just an opinion.

They were just simply good songs to my ears. Stop trying to make a big deal out of it.

Black by PJ is one of the best songs I've heard in decades.

Cool if you disagree.

I remember hearing "My Wave" by Soundgarden when I was a kid and thinking it was the weirdest thing ever. I guess it does play around with weird rhythmic accents and some sort of polytonal thing between the bass/vocals/guitar.

All the post-core albums they did I couldn't get into. They'd drop a solid song here and there but no awesome albums.

And here I was trying to figure out what the hell this postcore genre sounded like. Is it hardcore post rock? Is it an abbreviation of post hardcore?

Nah man, it's just those ones that came after Core.

Though I do think that Tiny Music is a great album personally, it at least has some real nice songs
