Hmmm, I'm not sure you could call Converge, Earth Crisis, Prayer for Cleansing, or Marauder posers.

Sure, 'metalcore' has become bastardized over the past decade. But the same happed to melodic death metal. To take it more niche, brutal death metal has likewise seen an influx of 'slamz' bands over the past decade, diluting the scene with un-creative ideas.

Never heard of Blood Feast. Leprosy-era Death guitar with vocals that I do not care for. Almost got there.
