Why Brits are ignorant towards a band Aerosmith?
Aerosmith is a very beloved band among American rock bands, there they have a status of American rock royalty, while British rock fans don't like or don't care for this band. Why are they ignorant towards Aerosmith?

Starting with Permanent Vacation in 1987 they had 5 straight albums that charted either Silver, Gold, or Platinum in the UK - four of which made it into the top 10 on the charts.
They weren't very popular in the 70s because I think they were looked at like a Zeppelin/Stones wannabe over in England.

In 1975 they booked 3 nights at Earls Court and ended up having to add 2 more because the demand for tickets was so high. And that place is pretty big! Those shows were the first time a rock band used rear projection. In 1979 they drew around 200,000 over 2 nights at the annual Knebworth festival.

No, 80s Aerosmith is hella dull and lame. I wish I had Jamie's gun so I could put Stephen Tyler out of all of our miseries.
