im looooooooooooooving talking heads (not the band) at the moment. very weird, melodic music with a dark underbelly being masqueraded as early weezer. (notice, im only saying this about 1 song, not all their stuff)

Yeah absolutely! Haven't heard anything else from them yet, so Id reserve judgement, but the single was doing the rounds on MTV2 there a bit ago....Great I didnt think anyone had noticed them.

Ive no idea how one could, I think its the casual TV/ Radio listener syndrome. Youre flicking through the channels and you see a band called "People In Planes"...Theyve never toured, never had any other releases, most people will flick over and watch Gorillaz "Feel Good Inc." instead, y'know.

Anybody in the forum a fan of People In Planes. I saw them at a Biffy Clyro show and enjoyed it, wondered if anyone knew anything about them?

Yep, great band, really know how to write a tune - as is evident with If You Talk Too Much...

I love People In Planes! I am quite embarrassed I made a thread about them without doing a thorough enough search to find this one... however, I really don't think Coldplay is a band that relates well with them at all either. Hope you didn't scare anyone away with that
