Hey! "Ram It Down" and the cover of "Johnny B. Good" kicked ass! Of course those are the only songs I've heard off that album...

These groups certainly do take a strange path.....

Judas Priest were one of the key components behind the thrash metal movement, but by the mid 80`s were peddling a sound that was mostly appealing to the fans of hair metal. Then came the shift back to the agressive end of the market with songs like "Painkiller" and "Nightcrawler" and they got their self respect back again!

I loved it too. I think Painkiller is good for me because it was silly. It was metal plus a bit of fun.

Hence my user title.
