As a teen I purchased about 8 of their albums and I still don't regret it!

Has someone else spotted that their most famous riff was ripped off from Black Sabbath's "Dirty Women"? Listen to the riff after 2:50. It's almost the same as Breaking the Law's riff.

Ugh yuck, if I wanted to hear what cats sound like when they're dying, sure I'd listen to Slipknot.

It starts exactly at 2:53 and it's faster than Breaking the Law, but it's pretty much the same.

I listened to the whole song as I was reading posts, then went back and listened to it right at 2:40 and up but heard nothing that sounded like Breaking the Law. You've got better ears probably... Maybe I need to listened to Breaking the Law again...?

Bump.

I can't stand any Judas Priest album after Sad wings of Destiny.

After being really impressed with their first two CDs, I bought their next four albums en masse, and I can't find any of them I like. "Rapid Fire" is awesome and "Sinner" is great as well, but none of them hit me like "Victim of Changes," "Tyrant," etc.. The notable exception is diamonds and rust, that one is great.

Sin after sin at least sounds like sad wings, but none of the others even sound like Judas Priest. I'll be honest, I've not finished listening to all of the albums yet, but I have to say so far I'm really shocked at how quickly their sound changed.

Their sound is a ton more refined, but that's really all I can say at this point.

Ignoring rocka Rolla as it's not metal really, sad wings is easily my favorite metal album ever.
