Well at least they qualify as a 90s band.

He voted for another 80s band: Faith No More.

How about Unsane? Now there's a great 90s band. Debut album was in the 90s. Best albums were in the 90s.

I'd say Cows or MBV if I wasn't worried about Janzsoon being up my ass since they were founded in the 80s.

Hell yeah.

I had to check but that one with the train decapitation cover did come out in the '90's. It seems like the late 80's when I first saw that in MRR but Wiki doesn't lie. Now my brain is going to be twisted up for the rest of the morning. Gee, thanks.

I thought about considering the more extreme stuff but I figured this thread had an unsopken general appeal rule. That's why I went to for the Lips. Plus, Hit to Death and the Soft Bulletin are 90's releases.

Acid Bath or the Melvins probably. I mean, you said rock and they're both sludge metal but they're still the best so who really cares?

BSSM (1991), Stadium Arcadium (2006), By the Way (2002), Californication (1999), One Hot Minute (1995) My favorites of their albums. They didn't even get Frusciante until '88. And their first real chart topper was in '89.
