So are we getting rid of the folk rock category?

Most of Folk Rock is much more rock than Comus, you could argue that a few of them are less. Again, if you want me to put it on, I'll replace Gong. In fact, the first person to post gets to decide.

SUGGEST ME AN ALBUM - I'm probably not going to listen to it but I will if you bother me enough.

On second thought, Kevin Ayers' Joy of a Toy is a much more important inclusion than Comus.

Is everybody cool with the Country Rock list, before I put it up officially officially?

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.

On the Rock Album Survivor page, I'm just going to put it up.

Are we actually going to do Indie Folk? This being a "Rock" Album Survivor, I don't see where it fits. In fact, I've forgotten who suggested that list in the first place.

I did. We don't have to if you hate the idea but I felt like indie folk is a big part of indie rock in general.

I mean, basically the decision has to be based on whether indie folk is more indie or more folk. I haven't listened to all of those albums but the four or five I have heard can be described pretty accurately as "guy with acoustic guitar" or "guy with piano" or "guy with acoustic guitar and piano", none of which are really "rocking" at all. These albums don't really have much drumming, except maybe Fleet Foxes or Bon Iver (which I am almost completely unfamiliar with).
