Some people hate anything with the dance music tag thrown on to it. I know I used to hate them because I despised anything even moderately heavier than Breaking Benjamin and thought danceable music was for Madonna fans. I think it's obvious that I've come a long way since then.

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.

If you've come around to liking Rammstein, that's a step backwards.

I meant more generally in my music tastes. Though I don't hate Rammstein. Can't say I've heard much either though.

I'm not against negative opinions. I'm just surprised that almost everyone in this thread hates them. Judging by the replies so far, you'd think Limp Bizkit was the subject of the thread.

I'd much rather hang out with Rammstein than with Limp Bizkit though.

I'd rather hang with Frownland that either of them.

I'd be intimidated to hang with the dudes in Rammstein. Heard they're a bit out of control. I may not like the band. But I'd still pick their brains in regard to their thoughts on the industry. And the only person from Limp Bizkit I'd hang with would be the guitarist Wes Borland. At least he appears to want more out of music than that blandness of Limp Bizkit.

If I hung out with Frownland the first thing I'd say is you got a lot to learn kid. You got taste. But you lack in other areas of music.

We should all just turn this thread in to a music theory or learning experience. But maybe that would just bring a lot of butthurt.
